Best used car dealer in Ramsey, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

So this was my first time visiting Ramsey and from the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by someone that made me feel at home! Harold took care of me and my girlfriend, showed us what cars they had available and we started the process right away! It didn’t feel like the typical dealer where you feel like you have to fight to get the best deal, but Harold made sure I understood what I was getting into, explained the next steps, and was able to make sure I got the car that best fit me and my budget. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I had already visited several dealerships and knew exactly what I was looking for. I was greeted by Anthony as I walked up and he didn’t hesitate to direct me to the type of car in the price range I was looking for. He made the entire experience from test driving to working out the financing as stress free as possible. His team members were equally friendly and helpful. I ended up picking the car up after hours and noticed the tire pressure light was on. Called Anthony the next day and he said bring it back no problem, they will look at it. They fixed the tire pressure that was likely off due to the change in temp, and the car drove great after that. I would definitely buy a car at this dealership again and I would ask for Anthony.
