My younger sister who unfortunately passed away in Sept. 2019 willed me her Acura MDX which she LOVED. I have been servicing the MDX here in Ramsey and can say 110% the ownership that took over in March of this year IS SIMPLY TERRIFIC!! This is by far THE BEST ACURA DEALERSHIP in the Tri-State Area. I bought a MDX back in April 2 days into having the car there were so many issues they knew they sold me a car with lots of work to be done to it and still sold it to me telling me it was 100% nothing wrong with it and not wanting to help me after wards the car shut off in the middle of the high way I brought it back several times they said not there problem didn’t want to help me 2 days after buying the car and wouldn’t even do an oil change which s why the car shut off due to no oil and needed a tune up an alternator a swing bar new brakes and routers barley any fluids and several other issues I have now spent 6000 extra on a 2013 Acura MDX and I’m stuck fixing everything that should have been fixed to begin with I’ve receive no customer service and will never again buy a car from Acura of Ramsey very disappointed in the customer service and selling me a car that was no good for 24,000$ that I now have put another 6,000$ into a 2013 car for 30,000 shouldn’t sit right with anyone. Please be aware when buying a used car from them

The first problem they have is their customer service, and you can spend minutes watching without anyone approaching you to ask if you need help. Then the seller who touched me wanted to sell me a specific model. They take advantage of the little inventory on the market to want to offer inconvenient and aggressive businesses. Add that the dealer looks old and outdated in its structure.

The service department at this dealership is HORRIBLE and quite honestly, a scam. I brought my vehicle in for a battery issue that was supposed to be covered under warranty. After my vehicle was looked at I was called and told that a piece of the battery was missing, told "someone" removed this piece even though I had never had any issued with my battery before this since the only services done on my vehicle were oil changes. I was then told because they had never touched my vehicle it's not on them and they can't cover it. WELL I trusted my gut and went to a different Acura Dealership... the other Acura dealership told me THIS DEALERSHIP MISDIAGNOSED THE ISSUE WITH MY BATTERY and they were able to correctly diagnose the issue which ended up being completely covered under warranty!!!! I hope this is a lesson to the service department of Ramsey Acura...

Their service department here is top-notch. Especially Ron who is my service advisor. They always pick up the phone within a couple of rings and when I come in for service, the car is done when promised. Highly recommended

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I had already visited several dealerships and knew exactly what I was looking for. I was greeted by Anthony as I walked up and he didn’t hesitate to direct me to the type of car in the price range I was looking for. He made the entire experience from test driving to working out the financing as stress free as possible. His team members were equally friendly and helpful. I ended up picking the car up after hours and noticed the tire pressure light was on. Called Anthony the next day and he said bring it back no problem, they will look at it. They fixed the tire pressure that was likely off due to the change in temp, and the car drove great after that. I would definitely buy a car at this dealership again and I would ask for Anthony. He really cares and wants to take care of people.

We bought our car this morning and our sales rep was Zak Assaf. He made the whole experience a very pleasant one. He explained everything very thoroughly, worked with us on our budget and helped us set up insurance. He made sure the buying process was not stressful for us at all, which we really appreciated. Overall we were very happy with our whole experience at Ramsey Acura and are absolutely in love with our car! Thank you Zak!

This dealer had failed on every level. due to the shortage of vehicles Ramsey Acura was definitely price gouging. I have leased over 19 Acura/Honda over the last 27 years. I had used Ramsey in the past and not a problem. During my visit the salesperson didn't ask and questions that were important to a sale. He took my info went to person who gives the numbers. They must have said let's try to get the most money out of him. The national advertised sale for the exact same car was $360 per month & $460 without any money down. I was give a quote of $650 per month no money down. never mind the equity in my return which has very little mileage. all around Royal Screwing. after objecting to this price I would normally get hold let me talk with the manager. No I got Have a Nice Day. Some companies operate with integrity always. Ramsey is not that type of company, they should be loyal to their customers instead they are taking advantage and maybe doing it illegally.

Love these guys! Just bought my car and they worked with me to get me to the price I wanted to be at, they went down a lot and the price was already extremely low. David the sales guy and his manager Elio were fantastic!!! David took me on the longest teat drive known to man to ensure I tried all the terrain. I definitely recommend this dealer and plan on going back when I need another car.
