I decided to try this car wash, since its on my way home from work, but sadly i will not use it again...i paid for the platinum service 32+ dollars. But windows were dried properly...soap stains around... I had a box of mask under my seat and it got knocked out and wasnt even picked up. Never again. I dont recommend this place. This are just some of the stains.

I am a kind respectful person so I have to do an honest review.. The mats were never picked up, the doors not cleaned, the dashboard not clean, the windshield on the inside not cleaned, neither the cup holder. The car remained in its original state. There were even crumbs still on my car seat and on the floor. This "service" just literally washed the outside and dust the inside it was not vacuumed and for $30?? When asked if this is $30 clean the worker said they have to hurry because the boss will be mad with them if they held up a car long so they have to hurry through and move on. That was not my concern, you're supposed to be running a business and I paid for my car to be cleaned, even paid for air freshener but got none. All in all what a terrible job.

I always go pass this car wash and see it’s busy; so I thought they have to be pretty good to have crowds of people. The package I picked seemed reasonable for the price but for the outcome I got was horrible. 6 people went to dry and clean the inside and it looks pretty much the same when I pulled up. The windows are streaky(very noticeable), the floor mats was given a one pass of the vacuum. Only thing that was cleaned ok was the dash board and middle console. Lesson is: stick to where you usually go

I’ve had the monthly membership here for the past two years and will continue to. Amazing monthly price and even more amazing workers! Their carwash system is so efficient and quick. The people working are such hard workers. I have NEVER had a problem here. My car would look awful if I were to go somewhere else. Love this place.

Not thrilled with getting the Gold wash yet when I got home and looked around the car, some areas weren't vacuumed well, or wiped down, and the front window isn't fully cleaned... So there is like this 8" square space that is still is still dirty. Wish I had save some $ and gone with their cheapest wash because that is what this feels like. Lesson learned. I keep a clean car and maybe to some this was an easy pass.

I absolutely love this car wash. They do a very thorough job. If you spend the extra money on the super vacuum it’s great for after winter when you have a lot of salt stains to your mat. Recently I added the tire shine onto my package and when I left it didn’t really seem to be on the tires. I get this service a lot so I know what tire should look like if it’s done properly. I brought back my receipt and explained and they let me go through the car wash again getting all the services I done again and the manager made sure that he looked at the tire shine part of the car wash as my car went through. It was very clean afterwards and it was much appreciated that they did this for me. Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Auto detailing, Vacuuming

I was in dire need of a cleaning so I went here anyways, thinking "it cant be that bad" I spoke to the owner/boss about the negative reviews about the vacuuming job being very poor, and to his credit he admitted it and was very honest. He said that people want a "detail" and you're not getting a detail for $32. But there's also a difference between getting a detail and doing a thorough and careless job. Granted I went at a busy time but the quality of service is no accident, it's intentional. Save your money and go to a cheaper place, you'll get the same service.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! I remember when this place was good. Now basic things like vacuuming and wiping down the interior are Al a cart. The service I ordered included services for 2 mats as well as tire service and I had to pay extra for a wipe down. Just take a look at the photos. Would you be happy with this end result for $40.00? My car is NOT my pride and joy. I just think the service is beyond poor for what they charge. Such a shame. I will not be back.

Horrible. Paid for a $26.95 package to have my car washed and carpets vacuumed. Carpets were not vacuumed and the outside of my car was less than clean. The upper areas of the car covered with dirt and dust washed off, but some back areas as well as lower right side of my car and front had a good amount of grit left on the surface. For the price, I payed, horrible. I'll stick to the simple drive thru wash that charges $10. Results are the same.
