The customer service is always exceptional, I was assisted as soon as I arrived. The wait was not bad at all and the waiting area has been renovated. There is plenty of space to spread out, watch TV, have a cappuccino and relax while you wait. The service representative reviews with you the items that need attention or that they recommend should be done. I truly appreciate that and there is no pressure. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Harold Parks is a wonderful sales person. He had the car upfront and running with the AC on for us to take for a test drive. Who does this? Ramsey Infiniti does! Harold & Eddie made my out of state purchase experience as easy as possible. My boyfriend put it in his name, as my job was brand new & he was able to get a better interest rate. Eddie was excellent at explaining everything in detail and making him comfortable with the terms. He and Harold both had a lot of patience with my challenging schedule as well. I flew in from Detroit on the first Saturday in April at 8:30 in the morning. They got me on the road so fast, I was back home with exactly what I wanted before dark, 639 miles away. That's great service. I'm 4 months late writing the review, but better late than never! ;) She ran like a champ all the way home and I haven't done a thing to her but tint the windows. 2015 Prius IV 40, 800 miles. Very happy with my purchase.

Thought it was a good experience but them came home to an email with a very similar vehicle with a much better rate and offer on my trade. Seems like sell and repent. Sales person was great, was not impressed with finance guy or used car manager who gave me numbers much different from the email I received after I purchased the vehicle from the same dealer and everything. In other words they offered a better deal after I purchased.

Krystal at Ramsey Service was such a pleasure to deal with. She greeted me as I entered the service garage. Was very attentive to my initial reason for going to the dealership as well as assisted me in showing other issues that needed to be addressed. While I waited she did not just forget about me. She touched base with me periodically so as to keep me updated in regards to the progress of the repair technicians. When I was all done she added some discounts to my bill and helped me with a new feature added to my car. All in all top notch service. Thank You.

Great Great Great experience. The sales team was fantastic, courteous and very welcoming. I didn't feel any pressure at all from them. I didn't feel like they were trying to get over on me in anyway. They sat me down, spoke to me as if I was an everyday customer. From the sales rep to the financing Manger, who by the way, was able to get me a great great deal overall. The whole experience was great. Some dealerships makes the process very overwhelming and not very joyful, this was the complete opposite. I would do it again!!

The service rep I worked with is a professional friendly and caring person. She is knowledgeable and willing to show you how to utilize your car. The offices and waiting area is clean and comfortable. The manager and reps have positive and upbeat attitudes. If a repair isn't complete, bringing the car back is easy and they are accommodating.

I wouldn't think about bringing my infinity to any other service department than Ramsey Infinifiti. The service is incredible. With out asking for a loaner they offered one. It's as if they have my best interests in mind. The prices for the services rendered are better than fair. And I've never felt pushed into making a decision I wasn't comfortable with. The lobby is inviting and well conditioned. I find my self fighting not to fall asleep it's so comfortable. And best of all is the staff. Everyone is respectful and helpful. Patiently listening to my concerns. I plan to bring my car here for many years to come.

So this was my first time visiting Ramsey and from the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by someone that made me feel at home! Harold took care of me and my girlfriend, showed us what cars they had available and we started the process right away! It didn’t feel like the typical dealer where you feel like you have to fight to get the best deal, but Harold made sure I understood what I was getting into, explained the next steps, and was able to make sure I got the car that best fit me and my budget. Then Edwin took care of us, got the contracts signed and I was in and out! Appreciate y’all! Look at my baby!!!
