5 Best convenience store in Albany, New York (NY) 2024

Terrible service When I walk into the store the women who works there was extremely rude just stared at me so I asked can I please have cigarettes. She just stares at me then asked for ID. I am on my way to work running late I did not have my ID I clearly look old enough to buy cigarettes I already have a pack in my hand She did not handle the situation well. She was snobby and rude about it. I worked gas station for 3 years So I understand that losing your license is not worth a $10 sale although you should use your better judgment when seeing customers that already have a pack of cigarettes I jumped out of a vehicle clearly I am of age I’m sorry I look good for my age unlike the woman who works at Speedyway She Shouldn’t work in customer service if she has an attitude and can’t handle dealing with stressful situations ~Steph

So I just want to say that I come here time to time to with my mom who is always nice and respectful..we mainly get coffee and gas ..and on a few different occasions it seems like when ever she asks for a fresh pot of coffee..some of the workers get an attitude and get all upset ..I'm not sure how that works but I'm almost sure those glass coffer pots are not good no more then 15 minutes..when they have no steam coming out the coffee and u can just tell the coffee is old ..why be a miserable, rude,and sarcastic individual? For the cashier today...she honestly should try some basic customer service skills ...the way we were spoke to was completely wrong..all because we kindly and respectfully asked for fresh pot of coffee! I'm sure when you all go out to eat u kind of expect to have a fresh,hot plate of food right!? ~Stephanie

Great bunch of friendly guys. Store is clean and well stocked. They tell me they are going to get Coke flavor slushies. They are great!!! ~j

Barely ever open unless its 2 in the morning. Shelves are all empty aside from a few random things. You can tell that no money is being put into this store. ~Christopher

This corner store is the best corner store i have ever been to they open very early thats great so I can get a snack and food I highly recommend the subs ~Saleem
