Best pet store in Bronx, New York (NY) 2024

I highly recommend Zoo-Rama for anyone looking to purchase a new family pet! I purchased my fur baby a little over a year ago and it was the BEST decision. The Zoo-Rama staff is amazing and caring. They provided me with their text line to reach out with questions/concerns when my pup was ill. The staff is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable and treat all of the puppies so well. They also throw in a little extra goodies for my pup whenever I go to the shop. They are the best. I highly recommend Zoo-Rama pet shop. ~Briggitt

This was very expensive for me but it turned out to be an amazing experience. Not only is Bash a great guy he is a brilliant trainer. In one hour he turned quality of life around. He really knew what to do with Christine and he was able to trouble-shoot all of our immediate issues. ~Janis

This is my second time taking my poodle, Teddy, to Maria. She does a great job with him. She is very Attentive and details In her work. She noticed an abscessed in his paw and notified me and recommended to a trusted and reliable vet. I was impressed, not even my vet noticed it and I had taken him for a visit a few days before. She definitely does go above and beyond. Not only is she professional, but very knowledgeable. She cares about the clients she serves and it shows. The staff is polite and will take the time to answer your concerns. ~Gary
