Is it close or not? I never receive a call back to reschedule my appointment or told me that they were gonna be closed for so long. I have been a client for many years. Always bad customer service.

Prices are reasonable. Location is convenient. Service is good. BUT extremely unreliable service. Shop is supposed to open at 10 am. Customers show up at 10 am and often wait for 20-30-40 minutes for owner to show up. I’ve made several appointments over the last 2 years but I usually end up leaving.

This is my second time taking my poodle, Teddy, to Maria. She does a great job with him. She is very Attentive and details In her work. She noticed an abscessed in his paw and notified me and recommended to a trusted and reliable vet. I was impressed, not even my vet noticed it and I had taken him for a visit a few days before. She definitely does go above and beyond. Not only is she professional, but very knowledgeable. She cares about the clients she serves and it shows. The staff is polite and will take the time to answer your concerns.

I love this place. I take my tea cup yorkie King here all of the time. Finding this place was a blessing. Maria knows her pets and loves your dog as her own. She's very consistent with his look. She even detected that he may have an ear infection. I took him to the vet and that's exactly what he had. She maintains accurate records on your pet and will remind you of required yearly vaccines for each pet. More importantly I do not feel rushed to come and pick up my baby after she is finished. She will allow you to run your errands and pick them up later in the day. She's in high demand so try to keep your appointment time.

I have never seen my husky, Max as white as when I picked him up from here! Very happy with how he looks and smells. I was in the market for another groomer after his last groomer took 8 hours with him. He was so anxious he bit through his collar and salivated all over the crate. I handed Max to Maria’s and in 2 hours he was out and beautiful. Costumer service was also super patient. 10/10 recommend and will come again.

I have been going to Maria for years. My doggie Beckham only let's her trim his nails. He is aggressive, so it's really hard to get a groomer he allows to touch him. So Maria is very patient and sweet!

First time attending took my 7 month yr old yorkie for a first time puppy cut.... The grooming results was excellent however having my dog there all day had me with anxiety. Dropped off at 10:30AM & picked up at 6. I was happy when I seen my pup. I just wish service was a bit faster. I Understand that Maria is a high demand groomer & this may take longer then expected but her work does show that she knows exactly what she is doing. I will take Milo again because I'm in love with his look & my pup showed normal happy behavior when he arrived home. I trust the groomer!

I did not like the services of this hairdresser, the cut I asked for has no similarity to the one they made to my puppy, she is a girl and the cut makes her look like a boy. Another thing I noticed is that my dog's eyes are very red and they tear a lot, I feel that the expectations I had with this hairdresser were very high, but after her service I would not take her back to that place.
