Saldo Drugs

The best pharmacy I've ever been to. I went here because it was the closest pharmacy to me, when I lived in East Williamsburg. I've since moved twice, further into Brooklyn, but keep using Saldo as they're the most helpful and friendly pharmacy I've ever used. Everything is in-house, so when you call, you're speaking to a person physically at their store. Never been given the runaround. Always honest, willing to help. Just lovely people. ~Stephen

Elton Pharmacy

This place is terrible. I came in and went to do a pick up for my prescription after talking to the girl on the phone saying all I had to do was come in with my insurance card to pick up my medication. I get to the place the guy with the glasses is telling me I need a Pharmacy card in order for him to fill my prescription. I’m explaining to him that my insurance card is what I use everytime i go to for example Walgreens, Rite Aid, and CVS I hand the customer service people there my insurance card and they give me no trouble. All I do is pay my co-pay. This place the guy was giving me a hard time telling me how are they suppose to bill my insurance without a pharmacy card and I’m explaining to him that my insurance card is what you will use to bill whoever they want to. He gave me a hard time and I walked out. Never going here again. Very Unprofessional. I’m sticking to CVS, Walgreens, and Rite Aid Pharmacy they never ever gave me a hard time. ~Lila

Lowens Pharmacy

This is the worst pharmacy that I have dealt with. I am scheduled for an operation tomorrow and needed medication. Well I received a bag with only one item, they didn’t put in two antibiotics or the other medication needed to clear my system. I am beside myself. I have NEVER been so disgusted with a place that is giving out medications or in my case not. Keep in mind I paid for this. Buyer beware. Totally incompetent ~Maureen

New Age Pharmacy

Jonathan is the best. Very kind and patient with everyone who comes into the store. They are not like the big chain of pharmacies, they know each person by name and can guide you whatever you are looking for. The staff is always courteous and actually want to help you. They deliver, curb side pick up, walk in and even fill prescriptions while you wait. ~Joseph

Junction Pharmacy

This location is very well stocked and the employees are very hospitable and helpful. I was looking for a heated water bottle for stomach aches and they didn’t have it on shelf but managed to find it downstairs in the storage. I appreciate the help and everyone should support this local business. ~Terrell

SV Wellness Pharmacy Inc.

I am very pleased with SV Wellness Pharmacy. The pharmacist and techs were very understanding of my mother's complicated condition and concerns, and they were beyond patient in making her feel comfortable before administering the covid vaccine to her (for both times). My mom said the shots by the pharmacist inflicted minimal pain, unlike shots elsewhere that hurt more than necessary. The pharmacist is also knowledgeable and trustworthy; while I was picking out Tylenol, she noticed my mom's weight and suggested the lower milligram. This type of care and attention is hard to come by, even in other small pharmacies, which is likely why this tiny store is able to garner so many satisfied customers. I wish they are located closer to my house to be our convenient, go-to pharmacy, so I do recommend their customer service to anyone and would consider them again for future needs. And FYI, they can speak English, Chinese, and Spanish. ~Anna
