Best restaurant in Buffalo, New York (NY) 2024

The McDonald's on McKinley is a nice McDonald's. The service is pretty fast and the food is usually hot. I go there for coffee in the morning and it is always fresh. The workers are super nice and friendly. Would recommend. Food : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Atmosphere : 5/5 … More ~Kim

An older lady I believe was the manager there in black shirt, had a negative attitude & zero eye contact along with no verbal reply to a customer when something was said. Instead this manager turned head looked away then walked away. I gave 3 stars vs 1 because the very friendly server at counter was very polite made eye contact and served our order thanking us. The manager just walked back to kitchen handling food without even washing her hands after handling the cash register which is a flagrant violation of food safety protocols. Her uniform also looked rather unkept not clean. What stuck out to me overall was this manager didn't operate as a Store Manager should. Zero communication given to anyone of crew and she just basically figure 8 walked doing tasks without delegation. She is lucky I'm not the District Manager! Her employees did their jobs and were seen multitasking without direction. I understand bad days but that manager is not a quality Store Manager. I'm a retired Store Manager different company & was a prior employee of BK 30 years ago under Heathers wing 1998-99. She was a great Store Manager Grant & Amherst. ~Daniel

Very good submarines! If you're from out of town and want a good Buffalo sub? Jim’s is the place! The Bread is always fresh, the veggies are always crisp and alive! The seasoning is not over powering and the Steak flavor can still be appreciated. ~Ricky

Burguer sounds awesome on the menu. But in real life was very disappointing. Overcooked, under seasoned. French fries with parmesan were ok. But I was trying to avoid bar food. Nothing against bars is just I just wanted to have a different experience. I bet I can find many bars that can prepare a better burguer. Service was excellent and they were very courteous and attentive. ~Jose
