Half hour drive thru wait, just to get the wrong food entirely. Lobby is closed, couldn’t return food. Had to wait in the drive-thru for another 20 minutes. Food was then made correctly and it was delicious, but the fries were old and soggy.

So all I have to say is this place literally needs to be shut down. I came from NYC to Buffalo for a wedding, Firstly it was very difficult to find any good place to eat in Buffalo, but we figured get McDonald's is an establishment that's usually the same wherever you go. Wrong! This McDonald's is the worse I've EVER been to. Just NASty and horrible service.

I did a MOBILE ORDER and they gave me the wrong sandwich. I would have normally gotten over it, people make mistakes. But my experience changed when I tried to call to bring it to their attention no one answered the phone. It’s the lack of customer service for me.

Placed a special request order for two quarter pounders, for the silvered onions to be cooked on the grill with the burger seasoning. Heard and saw the cashier tell the people on sandwich table and grill the order. Only to receive two regular quarter pounders when i got home. Went back with the order and got told by someone else that they 'don't do that anymore, because of the timer on the grill' I worked at a McDonald's. It rings up on the receipt as 'special request' and it has nothing to do with the timer. You just cook the onions with the seasoning for a minute or two until they're brown, it's not rocket science. They should hire more people that don't look like high schoolers. Maybe they wouldn't be so backed up on orders.

Got my order wrong, when I told her it was wrong she added the right order and still charged me for the wrong items. When I asked why it was still there, she said "it's just a dollar, does it really matter?" Then after pulling forward I was told they didn't have what I wanted anyway, and what was shown on the receipt. The manager then refused to refund the items. "We can't do refunds like that"

As an adult, I hate everything about them. Over priced garbage food. Bad service way more times than not. Most of them are dirty. I placed mobile order because I am short of time. Door was open but when I went inside they say they were closed and drive through only. I see no option to cancel the order and was stuck for more than 25 min. Not very well manged Mcdonald

Your average McDonald's. Dirty today. And really slow service. Waiting forever for food. I'm back. Today, the food and service are good. The Restaurant looks trashed. Dirty, garbage, fruit flies everywhere.
