I got very sick 😫 from the food here! The young woman that prepared my food, just happened to walk in with me and I could hear her saying she was late, because she was hung over from drinking all night and was cursing in Spanish. She didn't use any gloves when preparing my food. I won't ever go back there again!

Not enough people working which wastes people's time. Hire more people at higher rate, it's called capitalism. McDonald's, taco bell and all other competition doesn't have this problem

An older lady I believe was the manager there in black shirt, had a negative attitude & zero eye contact along with no verbal reply to a customer when something was said. Instead this manager turned head looked away then walked away. I gave 3 stars vs 1 because the very friendly server at counter was very polite made eye contact and served our order thanking us. The manager just walked back to kitchen handling food without even washing her hands after handling the cash register which is a flagrant violation of food safety protocols. Her uniform also looked rather unkept not clean. What stuck out to me overall was this manager didn't operate as a Store Manager should. Zero communication given to anyone of crew and she just basically figure 8 walked doing tasks without delegation. She is lucky I'm not the District Manager! Her employees did their jobs and were seen multitasking without direction. I understand bad days but that manager is not a quality Store Manager. I'm a retired Store Manager different company & was a prior employee of BK 30 years ago under Heathers wing 1998-99. She was a great Store Manager Grant & Amherst.

Nice place for quick bite good staff that was working and got order correct and food was served quick and warm. Only drawback lots of beggars around be careful they usually are not too bad and go away when told you have no money to support their drinking or drug habits they walk away quickly

Maybe it was my fault but I ordered a croissant sandwich without the meat just the croissant and wow did that ever cause a problem, which again could’ve been my fault. When I looked at the receipt I was over charged but they refunded me and I went on about my day.

Well finally I got a restaurant she was very helpful serving good food and then the food is fresh and also when ask for condiments ,she was asking what I need that was so beautiful

Sandwich was cold and hashbrowns taste strange i did complain they where quick to offer replacement food
