Online ordered. Arrived at the time I was told to pick up. About 20 minutes after ordering. Was told it would be 10 more minutes. 45 minutes after I arrived I finally got my food. Items were missing. How was it cold after waiting that long?

Their food is solid, but I can't order the full menu online, for no reason. Lunch specials aren't available. Tacos aren't, either. I'm sure there's more.

I've only ordered twice from here. The first time was nachos and the chips were so stale I was unable to finish the plate. We had an order for today for a personal stinger pizza, salad, cheese fries, and breadsticks. The pizza was barely Luke warm, fries were soggy, I received 3 breadsticks that were ice cold and no sauce (the menus states 5 breadsticks with sauce).. we ordered at 3:51 and received our order at 5:47. Needless to say I would not recommend this place.

Chase and Andrew Lee provided excellent customer service for our small party of 21 in the dinning room! The food was hot and delicious and they took care of every need. The customer service from the first phone call was the reason we chose Abbott Pizza instead of their competitor down the road and the event went perfectly. Thanks guys!

Ordered a party pack. Sheet pizza half cheese half pepperoni with mushrooms on 1/2 of the pepperoni side and a bucket of wings half BBQ on the pit half medium. Total delivered was $22 over the menu price and did not receive the 2 2liters that are in clouded in the party pack. Come on abbott we order from you guys all the time! Time to find a new pizza shop.

Very angry. Very disappointed. Last week our order took two hours, we are only 15 minutes away. When we ordered last night? We asked, to make sure it wouldn’t take two hours again, and they reassured us it wouldn’t, and guess what? That’s exactly how long it took, again. Food was ice cold, and my husband’s food was not only cold, but burnt also. Sorry to say, we will not be calling ever again.

Placed an order for a sheet pizza, before pickup I called to prepay as someone else was picking it up. I was told they had no record of the order. I asked them to please place the order now and asked if they would deliver it as a courtesy and they said "yes in 35-40 minutes and for a delivery charge". I hung up and ordered from Imperial and had my pizza in 25 minutes. I then waited a month before ordering again, only to get a pizza and garlic bread. Was told 30 minutes on the phone, when we arrived we were told it was going to be an additional 10 minutes because they ran out of an ingredient. 15 minutes later we were given an overcooked uncut pizza and cold, burned garlic bread. When I asked the girl at the counter if the garlic bread she gave me was the one she just took off the top of the oven, the one I saw sitting there when I had entered 15 minutes previously she said she didn't know. No common sense to call a customer and advise them there is a delay and to also wait on cooking other items in the order. Another customer was also waiting for her order just as long as we did and her pizza was done 15 minutes before her wings. I can't imagine what her pizza was like.

I purchased a royal sub and an order of fried dough. The fried dough was the best I’ve ever had, it was crispy with butter and powdered sugar in just the right amounts. The royal was toasted nicely and had a good portion of cappy and provolone. I will be returning.

I ordered a small pizza 2 weeks ago and it was like cardboard and was burned. The pizza didn't taste good at all. I called, got a credit, used it today and the same thing. Will not order again
