Andrew took great care of us today! He and his team tried to trouble shoot a hardware issue on my phone and was so patient as they all tried to resolve my issue. Even though he and his team couldn’t resolve the problem at no point was I pressured to make a purchase or rushed out of the store. I decided to purchase a new phone and take care of an upgrade while I was there, again with no pressure. He and his team took the time to make sure our phone contents transferred successfully, chatting with us and remaining so patient the entire time. Numerous customers came in while we were there and all were helped promptly. We saw a couple folks come in frustrated with experience elsewhere and the team jumped right in to support solution. I was very impressed with the pleasant and professional approach of the staff. This will be our go to store for support for sure! ~Jamie
