If I could’ve given 0 stars I would. I called the store to hold a iPhone 14 pro max for me and the guy said he did, however when I got there the guy told me his manager gave it to his district manager because his friend wanted it. Now I drove an hour to go pick the phone up and it wasn’t there

Well I figured I would write a review after almost a year only because I never got around to it and hate AT&T due to this store and I’m getting a new phone elsewhere. They made it seem like I could pay cash after they processed my trade in but refused to tell me that I would get my $700 trade in credit at the end of a 3 year installment plan. After all was said and done and they charged me, they then tell me I would be paying installments which I never wanted to do to begin with. Then they set up my phone and made the pin up themselves so I couldn’t get into my account without calling customer service which was a whole process. The store then told me if I was having issues to come back after 14 days with them knowing that would be the period that I wouldn’t be able to return the phone. 2 days later I asked for my original IPhone back in which I bought myself through apple and they refused to give it back even after I explained they stuck me on installments which isn’t what I wanted to do and made it seem like the starting cost to start service etc was the iPhone payment. They had my phone in their store but refused to give it back to me saying it was already sent out. This place is a scam. The blonde white girl had an attitude and starting saying stuff under her breath and threatened to call the cops on me when I was calm and didn’t say anything rude or threatening, I wouldn’t leave the store unless something was figured out. Upon they transferring my data to my phone they looked through my phone because they were talking amongst themselves about my texts and explicit pictures thinking I didn’t hear them. She hushed when I said I had everything on my phone recording after she said she was going to call the police. This place is one of the worst AT&T stores. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! They will literally do anything to get you stuck on a contract. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Not to mention after trying to deal with them on the phone one of the young black workers hung up on my face. The manager who was a chubby white guy didn’t even deal with the situation and snuck out of the store like no one would notice because he knew what they did and didn’t want to deal with it. -1000/10. I still have all the videos on my cloud regarding the issue and a witness. If anyone else has this issue we can contact the attorney general. DO NOT GO HERE!

We had a great experience at the Clifton Park, NY AT & T Store. We did not have to wait to be helped and ended up replacing an iPhone and an iPad there. The salesperson helped us transfer all of our information from our old devices to the new. It was a very pleasant experience.

I was on an old plan and upgrade service for $80 less. All I was doing was going into the store to have my phone fixed. It was a 7+. So the phone was a doa. I got a new 13 iPhone. The staff were honest, professional and friendly. All I can say is thanks.

I’ve never had a better experience shopping for cellular service. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, however, I’d like to send a special shout out to my man Chris. He’s known as “Radio Shack” to his coworkers because of his knowledge and experience. The guy knows his stuff. He was on point answering all of my questions and making sure I received the best deal possible. I’m so very excited to be a member of the AT&T family!

Mike S. Was extremely professional and helpful when my husband and I brought our phones in for service. We were very frustrated and confused on the phone's performance. Mike assured us he could adjust it and he did. Courteous, friendly and an asset to AT&T. Deserves a raise.

My husband is the principal attorney of his law firm. We went in to pick up a new phone that was ordered online. The wait time was over 20 minutes as two employees struggled to help eight people. The manager, Andrew came strolling in over 30 minutes late, unshaven, poorly dressed in filthy brown clothes and breath smelling of alcohol. We were next in line and then he refused to help, stating that since the new phone was ordered online, that he couldn't assist us. Extremely poor customer service, extremely poor employee work scheduling and extremely poor attitude. Andrew is one of the worst customer service managers we have ever seen. How Andrew keeps his job is beyond us. This was unacceptable. If we could give NEGATIVE STARS, we would.

Andrew provided outstanding customer service. I went in looking for a new phone. He talked to me about a variety of options that met my needs without trying to sell the most expensive device or a ton of extra accessories. He went above and beyond in helping me set up my Apple Watch to ensure it was synced to my new phone. I will definitely go back to this store in the future. Thank you Andrew!

Andrew took great care of us today! He and his team tried to trouble shoot a hardware issue on my phone and was so patient as they all tried to resolve my issue. Even though he and his team couldn’t resolve the problem at no point was I pressured to make a purchase or rushed out of the store. I decided to purchase a new phone and take care of an upgrade while I was there, again with no pressure. He and his team took the time to make sure our phone contents transferred successfully, chatting with us and remaining so patient the entire time. Numerous customers came in while we were there and all were helped promptly. We saw a couple folks come in frustrated with experience elsewhere and the team jumped right in to support solution. I was very impressed with the pleasant and professional approach of the staff. This will be our go to store for support for sure!
