I have to say I'm really disappointed in the delivery of my mattress. I purchased this for a spare bedroom in our upstairs apartment. I have mobility issues due to recent cardiac surgery. I didn't realize until after they had just left all of this garbage in the spare bedroom. They should have removed it when they left but they did not. When I called the driver back he basically told me yeah we don't do that have a nice day. I doubt I'm going to be returning and making any more purchases just based upon the way I was spoken to by the delivery person ~Louis

Called for a electric handicap lift chair. Needed it today, They had it in stock, good variety to chose from and I took it home. ~Bob

Love the aesthetic of the store! This is the only place I go for baby showers, birthdays, and holiday gifts for the kids. The gift wrapping makes it even easier for me and my last minute shopping. ~Allie

I stopped into the new location recently in search of a cute non cheesy shirt I can wear to the Bills game. I was pleasantly surprised at the cute selection of their own branded Buffalove apparel and accessories. There is also a smoothie bar inside which is random but kind of cool. Tons of masks, fun glass wear, water bottles and apparel adorned with the Buffalo/ heart logo. I liked that there was a variety of seasonal items, things designed for teachers and nurses (the backbone fo this city) and different color ways of clothing that weren’t red, white and blue or neutral. Tons of football themed, non Bills branded items and some very nice the dyed and pastel stories as well. The shirt I liked was long sleeved and I was looking for a short sleeve or a tank. I’ll come back again soon to see if they update their selection. ~Crystal

I paid to have my prescription same date delivered. It was already filled and the pharmacy said they received notice for shipping at 11:00 in the morning. The order was to be at my house by 3:00. I waited till 4:00 and called, and the pharmacy claimed they did not know they had same day delivery and the fed ex man had never shown up. You would think they would have found a way to send it that day still. Instead, the said they had to wait till the next day for the sore manager to come in. I called corporate to see if they could get it expedited. The woman said her supervisor would call me. I waited and waited. Finally called back and was told cases like this take up to 48 hours to address. What is the point of same day shipping if it may not be fixed for almost 72 hours later. Guess it is time to switch pharmacies. ~MARY

The women at the Pharmacy is rude and unprofessional. I scheduled a COVID19 Booster shot and walked out after dealing with this rude women giving me the stink eye like I was a peasant. I filed a complaint with the Erie County Health DEPT and the NYS COVID 19 inspector general. 10,000 questions being ask for when I filled out everything out on my online appointment and then refused a shot without an insurance card when these shots ARE FREE. ~james

Very friendly staff. Although I didn't buy anything today. I just had questions. The answers and the respect that employees showed was probably one of the best stores I've visited ever. It seems they actually care about how their attitude effects customers. Also they were authentic in their speech and not fast talkers or sounding like used car salesmen. Very well put together storefront. Impressive quality items. ~Dave

I agree with the other reviewers that this shop felt like all love. I walked in here thinking it was a gift and candle shop, and received so much more. Flicker is a full on, AMAZING metaphysical shop. The energy was so good in there I didn’t want to leave. I would go on another road trip that way just so that I could return to Flicker. I found some great gifts and a beautiful crystal bracelet for myself. Do yourself a favor and GO there!! ~Angela

I understand inflation but the rule “make it 10 times more than it’s worth because it’s Bills” is insane. The pic attached is just an example. Those prices are higher than new. Yes you can do that when an item is scarce like a baseball card. You can’t charge more than new for plastic cups. ~Jay

Great bookstore, pretty small so it's not ideal for a bunch of people at once. But the staff is always extremely helpful and will help you find whatever you need. Textbooks, school supplies, Hilbert College clothes/accessories, anything! ~Jordyn
