I have to say I'm really disappointed in the delivery of my mattress. I purchased this for a spare bedroom in our upstairs apartment. I have mobility issues due to recent cardiac surgery. I didn't realize until after they had just left all of this garbage in the spare bedroom. They should have removed it when they left but they did not. When I called the driver back he basically told me yeah we don't do that have a nice day. I doubt I'm going to be returning and making any more purchases just based upon the way I was spoken to by the delivery person

I purchased a hybrid mattress the gentleman in the store just wanted to make sales. Sold me a floor mattress delivery people were rude and did not care. Also the mattress I received and just recently noticed on the tag the mattress was made 5/17/17. Terrible can't believe I was sold a 5 year old mattress. Do your homework these mattresses might be old recovered returned mattress.i am so disappointed. Plus the mattress is uncomfortable and since I have no recourse to return I would never again buy from them and won't recommend them.

Bill Fisher was amazing!!! Great customer service did not feel pressured whatsoever unlike other places was so outgoing and kind. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone! He was awesome!! Will definitely continue to go back.

Sale was good. Delivered when they said they would. Delivery was bad. Over worked delivery people and they just wanted to get out of there. They left trash wherever it was. Haven't slept in the bed yet, hopefully it will be good.

Don't go there. They scare customers into buying cheesy mattress protectors for $60 telling them that they pretty much won't warranty the bed if you don't buy one. When the bed finally arrives, you see the the protector you own is far superior, go back to the store with the "unused/unopened" protector, and they don't refund your money. SCAM !!! Don't buy one!!!!

Absolutely loved my experience in the hamburg store. Bill was my salesperson. True professional. He was patient with all my questions. He never tried to sell me. He listened to my questions and showed me a memory foam queen, with an adjustable frame that kept me within my budget. I can recommend these guys enough. Kevin

This is the worst place to buy a mattress at. I purchased a mattress and a bed frame from them and they delivered it to me 6 weeks after they said I would get it and then it was the wrong mattress and bed frame. When I went back to the store to confront the sales people about it they told me there was nothing they could do for me and that I had to call the warranty department. So I called the warranty department and the told me that I had to try and warranty the bed that I received that I could not get the bed that I paid for because it was on back order. So because there is nothing wrong with the bed that I received there is nothing they can do for me. So now I am stuck with a bed that I didn't want and a bed frame that doesn't fit the bed that they gave me. They also will not take the bed back and refund me my money because they do not give refunds all sales are final. I would think twice about trying to purchase a bed from this place. This place has no customer service at all.

Customer service is outstanding. Chose a mattress and when we got it home it was definitely not what we had tried at the store. They replaced it with no hassel and did not count it as our swap. Although the second mattress was significantly better than the first which must have truly been a dud, it wasn't what we were looking for. Another 5 minute conversation in the store and the new one was on the way. The salesman recalled our names and situation on the 3rd visit, over a month long period. Great experience and good quality.

Wasn't worth the trip. Specifically looking for an adjustable frame with new mattress. There were 2 mattresses on adjustable bases. No way to lay on what you'd be buying. The salesman seemed a little sketchy. After all the ads, Wasn't impressed. Not looking for a name brand, but something comparable to what we liked at Mattress Firm would've been nice. Do not recommend.

Can't even tell you about the comfort of my bed because it went bad starting at the delivery service. After 2 minutes of trying they said they couldn't get the bed up the stairs. I offered to take the railing down and they said they couldn't wait for me to take the railing down didn't have time but yet when I called to complain the guy said that they could come back so they obviously had time just poor service. It won't even matter if my bed's comfortable or not too many other mattress shops stay away from this one. Not even deserving of 1 star but had to give it to post. We were not given an exact time was told anywhere between 8:30-11 am. They called when in driveway, no advance call to say on their way with an actual time because if so we would have had our railing down. The gentleman who came for delivery right off back DID NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED TO TAKE OUR BED UPSTAIRS. So needless to say, I have a frame and boxspring not even set up and mattress downstairs. Because the delivery service was not accurate on giving us a direct time nor a call ahead of time to even say on their way. May have offered to come back but we didn't want same people who were so rude like we where bothering them to set it up and actually do their job. Either way delivery service was again horrible from beginning as well as the warehouse manager who was just as arrogant as his delivery men.
