I heard about this store through the Western New York Hiking Challenge and happened to be driving past the store and stopped to check it out. I didn't purchase anything today but the prices seemed reasonable and the staff was friendly and attentive. I got asked three times if I needed assistance. You go into most stores these days and never get approached by anyone. It was refreshing to actually be noticed. I will come back to this store as I need adventure gear.

Very friendly staff. Although I didn't buy anything today. I just had questions. The answers and the respect that employees showed was probably one of the best stores I've visited ever. It seems they actually care about how their attitude effects customers. Also they were authentic in their speech and not fast talkers or sounding like used car salesmen. Very well put together storefront. Impressive quality items.

Excellent, knowledgeable service and quality products. The store is not a big box store. The products seem to have been chosen with care and the owners and staff are very knowledgeable about the pro's and con's of each. I received excellent assistance in choosing a water purification solution, insect repellent, hiking boots for SE Asia, and a backpack I've been looking for for 3 years. Gear for Adventure had some nice clothing options too. I restrained myself this visit but I'm looking forward to my next trip.
