Was worried about shopping in stores during Covid but this store is very clean. Every pair of glasses were sanitized after use so it definitely made me more comfortable trying frames on. The staff wore masks and assured me that everyone was vaccinated as well. Doctor was informative and thorough. Purchased multiple glasses here and never had an issue once. They sold me an Annuity at 50 years old which was absolutely too early. I told him that I thought I was too young for such a high fee product. I bought it anyway against my better judgement. I paid very high fees and got nothing out of it. They received a big commission. I sold it as soon as I could get out. Don't let them coerce you to buy unless you are over 60. They also transferred my sons 529 plans into a regular account, not a 529. I would go elsewhere. ~Elite

This was my first time using this chase location and I was withdrawing money. I went to the drive-thru teller and when I requested a withdrawal the teller was confused why I didn't have a withdrawal slip, which I did not have access to since I was in the drive-thru. He provided me with a withdrawal slip and I was able to quickly provide that back to him. I was not asked whether I wanted to small or large bills for my withdrawal. After 25 minutes, my withdrawal was provided to me by a completely different teller with no envelope and the bills seemed like they came from the back of a draw all crumpled. The teller who provided me the withdrawal disappeared as soon as I received the money. I won't be returning to this location and have never had a poor experience with a chase drive-thru teller at any other location. If you are looking to use a drive-thru teller for a quick transaction than this is not the one. ~Samantha-Marie

The manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She continuously interrupted me and said there was nothing she could do about it and did not even attempt to help me. There no other people waiting at the time yet she did not even look at the documents that I had given her, which was very unprofessional. She said they don't often have such cases. Well it is part of your professional responsibility to learn throughout your career, since there may be others in the future. The employee that I went to previously was much more helpful and knowledgable. I will not be banking with them in the future. ~Wendy

Absolutely horrible customer service. This is a bank that rarely picks up their phone if you need customer service. Rude customer service reps who act like they're doing you a favor when performing regular servicing to your account. Also had an employee lock the door in my face when getting there a minute prior to closing time to make a payment. Horrible place to do banking. ~Motif
