They sold me an Annuity at 50 years old which was absolutely too early. I told him that I thought I was too young for such a high fee product. I bought it anyway against my better judgement. I paid very high fees and got nothing out of it. They received a big commission. I sold it as soon as I could get out. Don't let them coerce you to buy unless you are over 60. They also transferred my sons 529 plans into a regular account, not a 529. I would go elsewhere. ~Elite

Easy to see right off of Veterans Memorial Highway servicing Hauppauge and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. No public Restroom. Nice staff. We will most likely be going back. ~Eric

This was my first time using this chase location and I was withdrawing money. I went to the drive-thru teller and when I requested a withdrawal the teller was confused why I didn't have a withdrawal slip, which I did not have access to since I was in the drive-thru. He provided me with a withdrawal slip and I was able to quickly provide that back to him. I was not asked whether I wanted to small or large bills for my withdrawal. After 25 minutes, my withdrawal was provided to me by a completely different teller with no envelope and the bills seemed like they came from the back of a draw all crumpled. The teller who provided me the withdrawal disappeared as soon as I received the money. I won't be returning to this location and have never had a poor experience with a chase drive-thru teller at any other location. If you are looking to use a drive-thru teller for a quick transaction than this is not the one. ~Samantha-Marie

Absolutely horrible customer service. This is a bank that rarely picks up their phone if you need customer service. Rude customer service reps who act like they're doing you a favor when performing regular servicing to your account. Also had an employee lock the door in my face when getting there a minute prior to closing time to make a payment. Horrible place to do banking. ~Motif
