Approached by staff as I drove up. Very friendly, courteous, and quickly jotted my requests on my windshield with an erasable pen (smart!). I had an oil change, tire rotation, and windshield wipe replacement (my request, not suggested!). I have visited this service numerous times in the past. Always pleased.... Don’t go here . Went to get my Jeep inspected . Was there for 6 hours waiting just for that for it to fail because of A DIRTY PARKING BRAKE. And to top it all off : A worker came to the front desk lady what was going on with my Jeep because he was ready to go home . Never going back here ~Bry
