Approached by staff as I drove up. Very friendly, courteous, and quickly jotted my requests on my windshield with an erasable pen (smart!). I had an oil change, tire rotation, and windshield wipe replacement (my request, not suggested!). I have visited this service numerous times in the past. Always pleased.... Just got done getting my car looked at and I’m a bit skeptical on the recent service. I specifically requested my oil and my air cabin filter to be checked because my onboard computer warnings. When I got my car back, the warnings in my car are still indicating these issues need to be resolved so I don’t even know if what I requested even got done. I LOST H3 TIRE COVER OVER A WEEK AGO. I MENTIONED IT TODAY, AND THIS WONDERFUL GENTLEMAN SAID, WE HAVE SOME IN BACK SHED, I WILL LOOK. I TIPPED HIM FEW DOLLARS, THEN HE SAID ,GO FREE TO CAR WASH. WAIT, WHAT,,,THANK YOU SWEETY..MELTED MY HEART.

Everyone was nice and we were out very quickly. I think we waited about 10 mins, if that. Pretty expensive, but what isn't these days? Overall, very happy with our experience and will be back!

I needed a vehicle inspection, an experience exceeded my expectations; it was fast, efficient, and professional. I was finished in 15 minutes. I called on Saturday how about coming in the next day and got clear information: they had Sunday hours and it is first come first serve, better to come in the morning. Despite coming in in the afternoon, I only waited a short time. There are big windows to observe what they are doing, which enthralled my two young kids. The car wash and completely free high powered vacuums are also a bonus.
