I usually love Ross because I can find great clothes for good prices. I picked out a bunch of things I wanted to try on today and I go to the fitting room and it says closed for health reasons. So I asked the security guard who told me the person was on lunch and wouldn’t be back for an hour. I asked can’t somebody else open it and he just walked away like I didn’t say anything. Then I asked someone in the front who said yeah she went home early because she didn’t feel well. Really? they have nobody else that can open up the fitting room? She didn’t even apologize or anything. I had to put five items back because I couldn’t try them on. I will not go to the store again.

I think that Ross stores lost some of the quality and they try to make it up by staffing things. Which makes it annoying to find something. Used to be a regular here, latley not coming here as often.

Nice clean store. Good selection of shoes and home wares. Sometimes you can find good buys on rugs, pots and pans. Bathroom items are hit n miss. Not particular to the clothing selection at this location. Selection is always sketchy and random. Parking is tight and lot is always busy.

Find nice sweaters, the place seems reasonably stocked, I was expecting a little bit more variety since we are in San Jose a big city but nope it was kind of like my local Ross.

Bad experience the security guards were everywhere and kind of bother. They make you feel that that you are a stealer. They look at you and they disturb you when shopping 🛒 I understand about the security inside the store but Istanbul some point the security guards were more than customers! Not recommending this Ross store 🏬

Most employees are unfriendly and lack people skills at this Ross location. It is frustrating when you ask a question because the employees do not answer and stare back at with a blank facial expression. I have been assisted a couple of times by a Hispanic woman who had an attitude and was sarcastic. She was pretty rude must hate her life or perhaps working there. This store is not the best place to shop to receive good customer service.

This store is mostly well stocked, especially in the designer section. Calvin Klein and other branded bags and clothes are available in plenty. Checkout line was empty when we were there on a Sunday night.

I went on Cyber Monday. It seem to have a fair amount of items. However I was looking for men's pants and basically they only have blue jean and active pants. Only about a 5-foot section of men slacks. I was disappointed because I went there specifically for men's slacks. I got some coffee syrup flavorings that was looking for and that was it.
