I have ordered a storage basket online and got a smaller size one, while I paid for larger one. Called the customer care and they stated to drop off a nearest location. While I came to drop off at this location the staff Enrique and the Store manager were really rude and weren’t not accepting the item the they shipped with return receipt and list of items printed in the box. Had to call customer care and had to drop off finally at FedEx as their own staff is rude to one other. Hope they change the staff and store manager.

Fairly typical Marshalls discount store. You have to be in the mood to shop around to find the value proposition, but if you do find that thing you're looking for Marshalls is a good place to go to. As for assessing this specific location, it's really hard to draw a distinctions for this one as compared to other Marshalls stores.

Customers suck. Saw a lady drop a hanger with clothes on it and just leave it there on the ground. Smsh. So rude. Service was great though by the employees.

Horrible customer service. I bought a calphalon pan from them and used it only once to realize the lid is not glued and sealed probably and water goes underneath and will cause molding over time. Less than 24 hours after purchasing I went back to store and explained the problem and asked for discount cause obviously I have to replace the lid. They refused to give me discount or replace the lid. Fun fact the pan was only 10$ less than retail price and I only bought it from this store cause I was around and I was in rush. I even tried to explain it to the manager and they didn’t even try to understand the frustration I am facing with. How could I possibly knew the lid is not damaged if I didn’t use it. The price tag was still on as well. But because it was washed They told me they can’t accept the return or even do the price adjustment. Learnt my lesson! I Will never buy anything from this store again.

The store manager and staff were very rude and strange. The conditioner bought from Marshall’s was already opened. Doubt their quality after seeing this. Would avoid going to this store. Wish I could give negative 5 stars to them.
