Location called to say one day prior that the reserved car is not available at the time I had asked for booking. They said they cannot do anything since the Hertz reservation system is problematic. So if you book a car for 9am and if the previous reservation would be dropping off that day, then they cannot guarantee the car would be available on the time of your reservation. It could be dropped off at 11pm, and they said they can't control it. I don't know if this is a Hertz problem or this franchisee location problem. They just threw their hands up and said we don't have anything else. Extremely poor experience!!! ~G

I love visiting Barnes and Noble, they have such a clean and welcoming store. It's an excellent place to relax and read a nice book while you enjoy a delicious beverage. Be polite and buy something from time to time though, don't be that person. Just so you folks know though, the locks on the bathroom stalls are not all functional so maybe look into that but otherwise 5 stars!! ~Ben

I came down to the Napa store to get some rear rotors for my vehicle. Worker named Rob introduced himself to me and was very helpful with questions I had. He was really respectful and understanding. Overall great customer service. I would definitely recommend people to go see rob if you need help with anything. ~Lenny

Update: I just received a response from the owner. What was left suggested that they did not read my review. My original review was not praise in any fashion yet the response said that they would forward the review to management to "keep up the great work." This suggests that they only looked at the first few lines and assumed that I was a positive review. I will leave the original here so you may compare as well as the response in case they decide to take it down. I lowered their rating by one star because of this. Original: I came to buy shoes on a tight budget. The store does not have a large selection of shoes below $50. This is not a bad thing in and of itself but when I mentioned it to one of the staff they seemed determined to get my business anyway. Instead of suggesting that they could help me out by finding ways to give me discounts they seemed more intent on pushing those discounts on me just so that they could get any sale at all. I don't know whether Kohl's employees work on commission, and I doubt that they do, but it has an atmosphere of a place that will do anything to gain a customer even if only temporarily. I find this to bad bad customer service. I'm more likely to go back to a place that helped me out by sending me somewhere else as Walmart and Gap employees had suggested Kohl's to me earlier in the day. Kohl's response: Thanks for your feedback and stopping by! We'll be sure to pass this along to the store management team to share with the associates to keep up the great work. ~Patrick
