Best atm in Lake Grove, New York (NY) 2025

Went to the branch with my son to add a saving account to his Citigold checking account, there were about 9 people just either on the phone or just sitting there, only one woman was doing some business with 2 customers, and that woman told me we'd have to wait 15 to 20 minutes. I asked her what are the 8 people were doing, and she said they were on lunch (at 2 PM)? I Just walked out with my son. ~Andy

If anyone is interested in moving their funds or opening a new account I would highly recommend not going to Capital One! They have closed numerous branches and over taxing branches that have been left open by not increasing employment. I just spent 40 minutes at this branch, which has no drive thru anymore, where only two Tellers were working out of approximately ten Teller counters. The line was wrapping around the branch when I arrived and when I left. I am seriously considering taking my services to TD Bank where they will give me free checking (Capital One changed my free checking to their 360 account which I vant even get check registers with) and a local branch that had Tellers in it and a drive thru. Horrible, horrible service since closing so many branches and changing their business profile. ~Alan
