Went to the branch with my son to add a saving account to his Citigold checking account, there were about 9 people just either on the phone or just sitting there, only one woman was doing some business with 2 customers, and that woman told me we'd have to wait 15 to 20 minutes. I asked her what are the 8 people were doing, and she said they were on lunch (at 2 PM)? I Just walked out with my son.
