I was there from 1:10 pm to 1:30 pm waiting for customer service to help me . supervisor was in the office with one of co worker they are talking about stories.I was sitting inside the bank there is no business just talking talking talking and they left the customer outside in waiting hall .during this time there is a guy with black T-shirt come to open a new account and they told him we are busy and the bank is empty after I met the supervisor she told me don’t accept any global trade this documents I never hear about it . I said just help me to find where can I send it .she called nice girl and smart very nice was helping too much .she know what I want and trying to help but supervisor didn’t give her chance to do more help and took the paper from smart girl and gave it too me and stand to ask me to leave the office she was very rude she was not dressing the formal dressing like all people working over there ~ashraf

Waited for more than an hour to have someone assist me, and they were just keep telling me to call the hotline with very bad attitude (which I did call the hotline before, otherwise I don’t have to come to the bank and seek help). Decided to close all my BOA accounts, and use other bank in the future. ~Natalie

Came in here to do some business. The place was not crowded at all but that was probably because it was on a Saturday morning. The place was clean and the people were respectful. ~Drago

My wife and I reside close by in the Upper West Side and have had the privilege to build ideal relationships with the people here: the intangible value has served us well countless times over the years. The standout of this unpretentious and yet hyper-competent location is Slava, who has the corner office and indelibly created the fantastic "can do" culture of this bank. For all those out there who think banks are no longer needed and crypto suffices, I respectfully disagree! ~J

Very rude, uncaring and unknowledgeable staff. I called Citi, explained my issue and they said I could visit my nearest branch and it would be done there. No reception to ask what you needed, so I stood outside the cubicles waiting to be seen. They just kept walking past me like I wasn’t even there. Finally, when the Chinese guy asked what I was there for before I could even finish saying my thing, he just interrupted, “You need to call them”. YOU are THEM. When he agreed to see me, every simple question I asked, things even a trainee teller would know, I got the same response, “You need to call them”. I DID call them and they told me I could deal with it in person in a branch much faster. Nope. They just wanted me out of there and wouldn’t help fix a problem THEY created in the first place. ~Jamelia
