Very rude, uncaring and unknowledgeable staff. I called Citi, explained my issue and they said I could visit my nearest branch and it would be done there. No reception to ask what you needed, so I stood outside the cubicles waiting to be seen. They just kept walking past me like I wasn’t even there. Finally, when the Chinese guy asked what I was there for before I could even finish saying my thing, he just interrupted, “You need to call them”. YOU are THEM. When he agreed to see me, every simple question I asked, things even a trainee teller would know, I got the same response, “You need to call them”. I DID call them and they told me I could deal with it in person in a branch much faster. Nope. They just wanted me out of there and wouldn’t help fix a problem THEY created in the first place.

I came in to use their atm machine. I dont have an acct here. Didnt speak to the tellers either. No lines so that was good. Quiet location.

I have been a Citi Bank customer all my life and this a great location if you are a Citi customer. It is at an ideal location, right next to my work place. And on top of that the tellers are very nice and helpful.
