The actual office is overpriced and gaudy. I went in for kitchen fixtures and then the owner starts flirting with me in the most inappropriate manner, made me feel very uncomfortable. The other employees seemed decent but after that interaction I felt like it was a sleazy environment. Stay away you’re better off at lowes. ~Lisa

I purchased bath plumbing hardware at The Brass Center. Due to many delays in our renovation they were not installed until more than a year later. I had problems with 2 of the fixtures. The manufacturer refused to do anything. Ampurito at the Brass Center went to bat for me with the mfg of the fixtures. I offered to pay if I had to. She said no an instead was able to get the replacements at no cost to me. I could not be happier with their service. Highly recommended ~Stanley

We were redoing our kitchen and needed over 20 knobs and drawer handles. We were originally directed to another high end, well known store in Manhattan, and were not even given the time of day. When we went into Elegance in Hardware, Raynnee (Ray ) Soto helped us narrow choices based on our ideas and price ranges. There was no pressure and he went the extra mile to ensure that pieces we ordered across designers matched, something we wouldnt have considered. Everyone who has seen the finished kitchen has commented on the beautiful hardware. This was without a doubt, the most pleasant sales experience I have ever had. Prices were more than half of what we saw in the other place and though we weren't placing a extremely expensive order, we were treated as though we were.
