Best telecommunications service provider in Queens, New York (NY) 2024

Had a fantastic experience with your Verizon sales person Ms. Neha we entered just to ask a few questions after looking up our information she explained about a sale that was in progress which we jumped on. She walked and talked this through all the information we needed to know she was very helpful very pleasant person to work with. My wife and I are very satisfied with everything that occurred in the store. We actually feel as if we are walking out new people. Feel more connected now than ever with Verizon I believe this person should be managing her own store. I think Verizon for making this a very pleasant day for us thank you. ~Manuel

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! In general if you compare to the support anywhere in the world, this may be the worst. No one is there to help. Although AT&T's system is going down hill and is the worst carrier out there you can get - but this store specifically is just a no go! ~Mudassir
