WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! In general if you compare to the support anywhere in the world, this may be the worst. No one is there to help. Although AT&T's system is going down hill and is the worst carrier out there you can get - but this store specifically is just a no go!

Store is clean and good ac in the summer time however not sure about the customer service. I walked in and no one even looks up to aknowledge you or said anything like, “be with you shortly”. Not a very welcoming location at all.

I switched into AT&T in this store as I thought the SA who helped me that day would help me out for my entire time of being AT&T customer. But after that day, things changed like flipping hand. I found many extra charges on my bills, and I couldn't get anyone in this store assist me with any issue. I had to go back and forth, called the customer service, talked to store managers (first was Scarlet and then Anthony). I'd been dealing with troubles for a year and I'm no longer visiting this store.

Worst customer service . I was there Replacement for iPhone tempered glass screen protector. Which I purchase the same store. Thy said they don’t have profits for replacing . So they didn’t provide the service for me. If anyone wants to go this store for replacement service be ready for getting disappoint as long as the current employee exists

The worst customer service ever! I just left the store because when I got there, I said hello to a woman in the front, she saw me and didn't say anything. However, because she was busy with other people, I gave her the time to say something to me about when someone could provide services. Next to her was another woman, on the phone and drinking coffee the whole time, and also she didn't care. I understand that they can be busy, but at least talk to the other consumers about waiting for services. After around 15/ 20 mins, I decided to ask the woman doing anything (I hope you can check in the cameras) if she could provide the services; she said that she was busy with “other customers.” Fine! Then I decided to give her a recommendation about providing good customer service because we have been waiting so long and it could be right for customers to know how long they can stay. But that woman started laughing, which was so disgusting. So AT&T, you have a good reputation for having that type of people that provide that horrible attention. This happened at the AT&T store located at 82nd Street Jackson Hts, around 1:00 pm on 10/24/21.

I went to this store to trade in my iPhone 10 for a new iPhone 13. Arturo, the rep, said my trade in is $800. He was quick to transact. It took 1hr iCloud restore the new phone and factory reset the old. At time of trade-in, he now said my iPhone is worth $300 because of a small screen crack on the top right corner. We had to undo all the transactions and wait another few to reset and restore the phones. Unsure why this wasn’t brought up and inspected prior to getting a trade-in quote We also bought accessories which had a buy two get one free. For our free item, we selected a pair of headphones which had a price tag on the box for $49.99. Arturo told us this price and confirmed it was eligible for a free item. Turns out, as he was ringing it up, it was worth $69.99 and not free. He said he asked his manager who said they couldn’t honor the displayed price. Lastly, we are receiving a refund for taxes paid on the new phone. Because of “their automated system” they could not undo a restocking fee of $55, so he physically handed me cash off the books. He claims he is doing me a favor and paying out of his own pocket. I’m still not sure why the manager couldn’t simply correct the system. Both Arturo and the manager weren’t the best customer service rep and seems to have their hands tied more so than other AT&T stores. I’m going to the store in Woodside (58th and Broadway) which seems to know what they’re doing.

Amazing customer service! Sales rep Deborah was amazingly helpful. She helped me reset my phone and installed a new screen protector in less than 15 minutes. Definitely recommend 👍🏽👍🏽

First off I wanna say patience is a virtue which is something I lack and during my experience with the resplendent Ms Winslet C. at At&t I received exquisite service in reference to purchasing an IPhone 12. She was charismatic , understanding and diligent. As a person experienced in the field of Customer service it doesn’t get any better than her
