App said Cory was checking my order for accuracy. When I received my order: missing a salad and the dressings; missing all 3 dipping sauces; pizza & pasta order both burnt. Best part of this whole thing: either get 60 points or 20% off. Not a refund of the missing items, points that expire or $2 off a menu item. Be better.

Terrible customer service over the phone. Had 2 employees hang up on me as we were trying to figure out why the online ordering wasn't working. They were extremely rude and not helpful at all.

They overcharged my carry out order and when I called my bank the representative said they dont add on a charge to the purchase plus it was 1 transaction processed, my online receipt shows the amount it should have come to, so someone had to have added on the 3.00 on Domino's store register end of it!? So beware probably best to pay cash at the store when you pick up a carry out order! I won't be buying anymore food from this restaurant again! 😠

I went here for pizza and ended up waiting an hour after my scheduled pick up time because they “accidentally” messed up my order. They didn’t even tell me there was an issue. I waited at the location and got my food which was terrible. I contacted the manager and they reached out and offered gift cards for the order after the fact. To make things worse only one of the gift cards actually worked. I would recommend getting pizza elsewhere. Avoid the headache.

They hung up on me when I called to ask about an issue with an online order. Subsequent calls back and they just cancel the call. Pro tip: if you want business, don’t hang up on customers who want to spend money. Enjoy a 1 star review as a reward for the worst customer service I’ve experienced in quite some time.

If I could give no stars I would. Had the worst experience tonight. I did curbside pick up and when I brought my pizza home it was completely raw and Doughy and had no sauce on it. I called the store to let them know and they were completely rude to me. They made it seem like it was an inconvenience for them for me to ask if my pizza could be remade even though I’m the one that paid money to have of cooked pizza with sauce on it. Eventually he said he was going to have the pizza remade. So My boyfriend went back and picked it up and they were completely rude to him and disrespectful. I will no longer return to this location. There’s no reason my boyfriend and I should be treated with such disrespect for some thing that we are purchasing

Ordered six pizzas for delivery today. Three were spinach and mushroom. Pictured are what all three looked like. Doesn't look like spinach to me. Half the order is wrong and I'm going on minute 10 of being on hold

I’ve been a dominoes loyal customer for a very long time. But today I did an online order that came out horrible. I ordered a medium pizza also ordered the three cheese dip that should’ve came with the Parmesan twist breadsticks. When I took my order home I noticed that one the cheese is burnt and there’s hardly any cheese, and also to make it worse Also I noticed that I was missing the Parmesan twist. I was very upset tried to call the store directly. I was hung up many times also was on hold for more than 20 to 30 minutes at a time. Sorry Domino’s but you are losing a loyal customer.

I am usually very happy with dominos but tonight I am disgusted. My children love their pizza and when I’m too tired to cook dominos is our turn to. I order their pizza and I always get a salad for myself. When I opened my salad it was so distasteful, the lettuce was red/brown it was soggy underneath and I thought fine I’ll grab the lettuce from my fridge and cut it up and use the cheese tomato and the onion from the kit, it’s okay right?. Wrong! The tomato had mold growing on it and the onions were slimy. I called dominoes the first time was on hold 6 minutes a team member picked up and hung up the phone. The second time I called I was on hold for 15 minutes!! No one answered. I’m a pretty civil person, just credit me for a salad next time and I would have been fine, not anymore I want a refund. This is disgusting. I wish I could have gotten a better photo of the tomato and onion before my husband tossed it, but here’s the “salad” this is the hwy 100 location.
