Best clothing store in Watertown, New York (NY) 2024

Very disappointed and appalled at the state of the store. Clothing, homegoods, products of all kinds spilling off shelves and onto floor. Saw soda on the same shelf as bug killer spray, super unhealthy cross contamination. Starbucks area was full of flies. Starbucks staff was efficient and focused I was glad about. Tech counter was organized and the guys back there were helpful and friendly. Did not talk to any other staff much. Was checked out by I think a manager, she barely spoke and went super slow. I hope they are able to hire more staff to be able to keep up with cleaning up and hopefully that helps with morale over there. ~RON

Love this store for the clothes, but the last time I went there was a really horrible worker. I handed her my change and I had a Canadian dime in the mix and didn’t realIze this. she accused me of doing it on purpose. I loudly said when I left that I hate miserable workers. Hope she doesn’t work there any more lol ~Leanna

I have to give credit where credit is due. Every time I bring my kids into this store, the sales associates are so kind and professional. They go out of their way to be helpful. I just called about an online order that we forgot to pick up in the store and the man I spoke with was so friendly. It’s not just once or twice that we have had good experiences. It’s every time. And my kids love this store, so we’re in there a lot. I hope the store manager knows how awesome his/her staff is. ~A

Amazing customer service!!! Kaitlyn helped my daughter find everything she asked for. We were able to get in and out of the store pretty fast. Thanks again Kaitlyn we will be back because of you. ~Christina
