Best furniture store in Watertown, New York (NY) 2024

They always have what i am looking for and if they don't They know how to find it. Willing to work with you on payments and delivery is quick and the staff is amazing!!!! ~Shelva

Very disappointed and appalled at the state of the store. Clothing, homegoods, products of all kinds spilling off shelves and onto floor. Saw soda on the same shelf as bug killer spray, super unhealthy cross contamination. Starbucks area was full of flies. Starbucks staff was efficient and focused I was glad about. Tech counter was organized and the guys back there were helpful and friendly. Did not talk to any other staff much. Was checked out by I think a manager, she barely spoke and went super slow. I hope they are able to hire more staff to be able to keep up with cleaning up and hopefully that helps with morale over there. ~RON

Always friendly , and willing to help no matter what ! I wish I still live in Watertown. The aarons where I moved to is the complete opposite of these workers ! ~Tiffani
