Best beauty supply store in Apex, North Carolina (NC) 2024

For a drive through pharmacy Im not sure how it takes so long to get cars through the line. If someone needs to wait for something to be picked up, they should have to drive back around or pull over to the side. When its my turn it takes less than 5 minutes to get my package and pay, not sure what is so hard about this. It would also be nice if the pharmacy opened before 9 for working adults as well. Stored will soon suffer from companies like Amazon who can ship prescriptions right to your door. This used to be my primary spot for years and its disappointing Ill have to look for a new place. ~Stephanie

The store itself is pretty average as far as the Walgreens chain goes, but the pharmacy is outrageously slow. If the drive through is even open, it can easily take 30 minutes just to pick up a prescription. Even after finding a prescription in their computer, it’s as if they have to check every single bin to find it. We’ve even had prescriptions filled with the wrong dosage. This store is fine if you need to run in for a quick grocery or over-the-counter item, but look elsewhere for prescriptions. ~Patrick

Worst pharmacy service I’ve ever encountered. I have been getting the same prescription with the same insurance for months. Same job sponsoring it, same medication co pays. Literally no changes. They wanted to charge me $113 for a prescription that always costs me $10. Come to find out they are to lazy to authorize the coverage with my insurance and pass d the responsibility in to my dr. It is the pharmacy’s responsibility to confirm medication coverage….not the doctors. I understand it’s hard to hire these days, but when it comes to people answering your phones in a pharmacy, you may want to consider being more competitive with your pay and hire people that are competent. ~Tarah
