This place is usually very friendly and helpful. But today they had a cashier who was neither. (Cashier 3720546). When I tried to ask questions while I was shopping and when I paid for my merchandise, she was really snappy and condescending. I think she could use some improvement in her customer service skills.

So I'm going to give a few details. My mom has a fractured vertebrae in her back that causes some extreme pain when she overdoes it. We had decided to go to the bath and body works in Apex. We both thought that she would be able to walk the store but turns out, she couldn't. She ended up sitting on a step stool then the sink counter. The sweetest worker there, Mia,actually brought her a chair for her to sit on. Then she proceeded to bring my mom products that she might've been interested in. I can not stop thinking about how amazing a person she was. Mia, if you're reading this, thank you so much!

Great experience..havent been in a physical store in years. Because of my migraines..got some new smell good for myself and hubby. Wish I know they guy..he was on point as soon as we came in the door. Ask was we looking for anything in particular. He asked again later while the same 2 employees stood there talking.
