Brenna is an artist when she cuts my hair. Brings out the best in my hair and I always love what she has done at the end of the visit. I get so many compliments and I am happy to recommend her and Root Down to others. She is so warm and friendly as are all the staff there! They care about their customers beyond taking care of their hair needs. It's a joy to get my hair done in such a warm and positive salon. I'm local and a regular customer- love you guys! Jennifer is one of the best hair cutters I have gone to in a long time. I don’t think my hair is easy to manage, but Jennifer always knows what to do.
