I have always loved Verizon until now. They have allowed someone to open an account using my name and is protecting this person. I have shown proof that I am who I am, yet they still will not close the account that will go against my credit. They preach so much about protecting your privacy, when in fact they do not wish to help with this fraud against my name! When calling the fraud department they said I have to go through hoops to get this taken care of and if I don't do the specific things required then I will be responsible for the account. This is wrong in all accounts! I just wish they were as protective of identity as they claim! ~Amanda

Abel was patient and helpful, willing. To install a mix of stereo equipment I bought along with getting subwoofer and amp from him and got it all in on one day. His installer Nasser was also patient and explain how to use our new setup and also followed up with me on the next business day. Great to have a local business that works with you like this ~Steven
