Best internet service provider in Clayton, North Carolina (NC) 2024

I have always loved Verizon until now. They have allowed someone to open an account using my name and is protecting this person. I have shown proof that I am who I am, yet they still will not close the account that will go against my credit. They preach so much about protecting your privacy, when in fact they do not wish to help with this fraud against my name! When calling the fraud department they said I have to go through hoops to get this taken care of and if I don't do the specific things required then I will be responsible for the account. This is wrong in all accounts! I just wish they were as protective of identity as they claim! ~Amanda
