I have to say this is the one of the messiest Dollar Tree stores I have ever been in. Since I have moved in the area, I have visited this one a number of times and every single time that I visit it is always messy. On the plus side, the staff are always super nice, friendly, and know where everything is located, despite the chaotic mess. ~Kelsey

Ran in for a couple things at 6pm tonight. Waited in a line for 13 minutes, as the line continued to grow & extend to the back of the store. One cashier on duty, no other employee to be seen; told her I was sorry she was the only one working, she replied “I am used to it.” She was very kind & patient with everyone, but the store needs to be better staffed, especially the week before Christmas. The store was a wreck & aisles were crowded with unpacked merchandise. It used to be a much cleaner, better organized, & better staffed store. Maybe COVID has affected the staffing? ~Karen

Prepare to wait an hour to check out with your purchases. As if that isn't bad enough, the air conditioning near the front of the store seems to be broken. Great location, great prices, but I always have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to check out. There almost always seems to only be one cashier working, who usually looks flustered and upset. ~Emily
