Stopped by on a whim to get a quick oil change and state inspection. I figured since it was a nice brand-new building I give it a shot. The techs were mostly friendly. Said they’ll get it no problem. Sat down in the lobby at 925am. They are just now finishing up at 11:28am. 2 hours for a 15-20 minute job is ridiculous. I may give them one more shot in the future ti see if today was a one-off, but definitely will not wait like this again. Dropped a star because it’s been 15 minutes since they finished and still haven’t “brought the paperwork up front” so I can pay. Didn’t offer to go check on it or anything. Going downhill quick… ~Lee
