On a recommendation from discount tire after getting new tires I go there for a alignment. Guy at counter comes out looks at my truck then tells be he can’t give me a ballpark time on how long it will take. He asks me if it’s a diesel and I tell him yes. So I decide to chance it and after one hour and fifty minutes a tech comes out and says their lift can’t lift my truck because it’s a diesel. Almost 2 hours of my time wasted because of lack of communication between front desk and garage. You can do better. Service: Wheel alignment

I dropped my car off at 11:30 a.m for a simple oil change an tire rotation it is now 5:30 and my car still isn't ready. When I pulled up to see about my car all the employees was standing around laughing an talking. So don't really understand why it took over 6 hours for a 20-30 min job. Service: Oil change

it took them almost 3 hours to do an oil change on my car. absolutely pathetic. they weren’t even busy. their entire vibe was lazy with no care in the world. as a result of their slowness i missed a very important meeting. do not go here. they aren’t professionals. Service: Oil change

Worse place to go if you expect it in a timely manner. Was told 45 to a hour....at that time 3 cars were ahead of me ....3 hours later...still 1 car ahead of me...just wanted a oil change. Never again

I WILL NEVER COME BACK! I sat in the lobby for an hour and a half waiting for a simple oil change. After being told that it wouldn’t be a long wait, I sat and sat and sat while the employees stood around and talked. Yeah the new building did nothing for their timing. Way worst service to me and these people didn’t even apologize. I will not go back and will tell my friends about my experience so they won’t come waste their time. Worst experience ever. Since I moved here, I have only trusted my car with PTAC. They are so friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, affordable (even for this single mom), and efficient. They do not have appointments but have 10 master techs on staff. Only once have I not been able to be seen for an oil change and that was bc I showed up close to closing. Headed back there this week for 2 tire replacements.

Stopped by on a whim to get a quick oil change and state inspection. I figured since it was a nice brand-new building I give it a shot. The techs were mostly friendly. Said they’ll get it no problem. Sat down in the lobby at 925am. They are just now finishing up at 11:28am. 2 hours for a 15-20 minute job is ridiculous. I may give them one more shot in the future ti see if today was a one-off, but definitely will not wait like this again. Dropped a star because it’s been 15 minutes since they finished and still haven’t “brought the paperwork up front” so I can pay. Didn’t offer to go check on it or anything. Going downhill quick…

DO NOT USE PRECISION TUNE IN GOLDBORO, NC If I could give them zero stars I would. I was sent to their company because I have a warranty and they are repair pal approved. They did work to my tensioner on my vehicle because it had broken. They fixed it and I had not even driven the car 100 miles and within 7 days the belt had broken again. I took it to the Honda dealership because precision tune couldn’t look at it for 3 days. When they inspected the vehicle precision tune had cross threaded a screw that broke completely into my engine block. What originally cost $400 now cost $5300 out of my pocket because I did not feel comfortable sending my vehicle back to precision tune since they messed it up. They would not pay for the work and because they did the original work my warranty company said they would have to fix it. In the end I had to pay out of pocket to be assured that my vehicle was going to be repaired and work properly. The worst and faultiest company. I wouldn’t even take my bicycle here to be repaired.

Worst experience. Had car in for overheating, $500 in labor for $50 worth of parts and barely drove away before same issue happened. They were closing so had to miss work until they opened to 'fix' again. They gave me a DIY solution because they couldn't find issue and I ended up stranded on the side of road at night. Service: Engine repair
