Best aromatherapy service in Huntersville, North Carolina (NC) 2024

Rip off!!! Our 1-hour massage lasted 45 minutes. Front desk staff is so loud and obnoxious I could barely focus to fill out the forms they gave me. My bf & I showed up plenty early for our 11am appointment. Therapists got us from the waiting room at 11:03, then we changed & got on the tables & waited for them to come back in. They didn’t start the actual massage until about 11:10, & stopped at 11:55!! I paid with 2 gift certificates that I bought last Christmas - each good for a 60-minute session. The front desk person then TRIED to charge me an additional $75!!! That was after she immediately gave us a sales pitch as soon as we came out, trying to get us to buy a membership. NOTHING about this experience was relaxing!! We will never be back. ~Kelsey
