Clean. Staff friendly. Respecting the covid guidelines. Updated review 7/30/22 I've been a member for several years. The monthly membership fees have been creeping up. This location and neighboring locations is difficult to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Today I called and said the next available appointment was was November. I'm done. I'll be going to local establments from now on. Called a local place and we have an appointment tomorrow. Went to go cancel my membership in the middle of the day and this location was closed.

So frustrated with my experience here. There have been multiple issues but Friday night was the last straw. I had an appointment scheduled for 7 PM and got an email as I was I was pulling into the parking lot at 6:45 that my appointment was canceled. When I went in they could do nothing to help me and told me that they’ve called me multiple times. But I had not received even one phone call in regards to this appointment. And they’ve known for weeks that my therapist would not be there that night according to them. This is the second time that my appointment got canceled the same day but at least the last time it was in the morning. Also can never get an appointment to begin with, then when you get one it’s canceled. And, I’ve asked for a manager to call me and have never received a call. Horrible customer service.

First if I’ll say I’m so disappointed right now one of their customer service sucks. The young lady literally called me last night to confirm my appointment for 10:30 and now she’s saying it was at 10am & hung up the phone.

Rip off!!! Our 1-hour massage lasted 45 minutes. Front desk staff is so loud and obnoxious I could barely focus to fill out the forms they gave me. My bf & I showed up plenty early for our 11am appointment. Therapists got us from the waiting room at 11:03, then we changed & got on the tables & waited for them to come back in. They didn’t start the actual massage until about 11:10, & stopped at 11:55!! I paid with 2 gift certificates that I bought last Christmas - each good for a 60-minute session. The front desk person then TRIED to charge me an additional $75!!! That was after she immediately gave us a sales pitch as soon as we came out, trying to get us to buy a membership. NOTHING about this experience was relaxing!! We will never be back.

Can’t ever schedule anything. Yet if I cancel my membership, I have to use my unused sessions within 60 days. So, essentially, they’ll screw me over for getting frustrated with their lack of any availability and run with my money.

Popular times are always booked out weeks to months in advance (good problem for a business… but hard for busy parents).

I had an appointment with Mack and it was more then I could ask for from a massage therapist. He was very communicative through the massage and he applied just the right amount of pressure on the areas of concern. I will be back to follow up. I’ve been to many places like this, but never this pleased! Highly recommend Mack!!

The person on the phone was rude but eventually rescheduled my appointment for the next week. When my wife showed up to the appointment she was informed that no appointment was ever scheduled and Message Envy has been trying to get in touch with us to penalize us for missing the first appointment. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I asked the lady if I needed to worry about it running out of time, she said no I didn't I could use it anytime no worries. I called today to make an appointment and apparently it disappears if you aren't a member for 2 months. So... I paid for 8 sessions and didn't see anyone for it. Your staff should all be on the same page as far as rules and not tell people lies. And no one reads the fine lines in your 4 page contracts so I'm sure it's somewhere in there, end of story - don't join the membership you will never use them all.
