Best bank in Knightdale, North Carolina (NC) 2024

the staff there seems to be very nice and friendly. although there are a few bad apples who make everyone else look very very bad. I have heard from other friends and family members and also coworkers who go to that bank. they all say the same thing. that you should not go to this particular location and that the staff there is not as good as they could be. my personal experience, I went to go get pre-approved for a loan. I was in dire need of moving out and finding my own home. I was told that I was not approved for my loan. a fact that I later found out was false.I understand people make mistakes, I was upset but I didn't hold it against her. I then go on to have two more transactions with the same employee, and each time she neglected to take care of my situation which caused me to miss out on buying the home that I wanted.this would make the third time that she has "dropped the ball" causing me to miss out on an great opportunity. I go on to work with another employee at the same branch and got the same type of negligent unprofessionalism, it really made me feel like they looked at me as a number and not a person. it also made me feel like they didn't care about my future or well-being. a person's money, family, house and financial status is not something that should be played with tampered with or taking lightly. I will not be using this location anymore. great company, terrible branch ~Charles
