Convenient drive thru and easily accessible from the side street or Main Street. It has a walk up atm and drive thru atm. Plenty of parking and quick service.

the staff there seems to be very nice and friendly. although there are a few bad apples who make everyone else look very very bad. I have heard from other friends and family members and also coworkers who go to that bank. they all say the same thing. that you should not go to this particular location and that the staff there is not as good as they could be. my personal experience, I went to go get pre-approved for a loan. I was in dire need of moving out and finding my own home. I was told that I was not approved for my loan. a fact that I later found out was false.I understand people make mistakes, I was upset but I didn't hold it against her. I then go on to have two more transactions with the same employee, and each time she neglected to take care of my situation which caused me to miss out on buying the home that I wanted.this would make the third time that she has "dropped the ball" causing me to miss out on an great opportunity. I go on to work with another employee at the same branch and got the same type of negligent unprofessionalism, it really made me feel like they looked at me as a number and not a person. it also made me feel like they didn't care about my future or well-being. a person's money, family, house and financial status is not something that should be played with tampered with or taking lightly. I will not be using this location anymore. great company, terrible branch

This bank in general is sub-par, but this location in particular is even more reprehensive. If you can, take your banking needs to a more reputable company (ie Discover bank, or other local branch). They are not understanding here, or willing to work with their clients. They also are continuously behind in the banking world when it comes to convenience. They just recently were able to release an app (clients have been desiring mobile deposits for YEARS before this happened). They also do not work with any third party companies to verify bank details, this includes PayPal eBay and others. I've had to own multiple bank accounts because of this. This being my local branch, I could stomach the woes if they were at all willing to make up for these shortcomings with exemplary service. Unfortunately, that's not the case here.

I strongly advise you to take your financial and family business elsewhere. I walked in with an intact and positive relationship with a stepmother after my father passed, and I left with a broken and irreparable relationship AND subsequent lawsuit. Mistakes were made by my father who was mentally and physically compromised, and because of 'legal loopholes', Allison proceeded to step in to our family business and not only destroy the relationship I had with my stepmother but also cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars. I still hold SECU financially responsible for that loss. I have filed complaints. I contacted board members. I did everything I possibly could, and they STILL chose to NOT right their incredible wrong. The day that this incident happened, I was also treated incredibly rudely by Allison. I had barely begun to grieve over my father - my last parent - and the fact that I had to endure more of a legal nightmare perpetuated by SECU and their overstepping is just unforgivable. Of course they say she was 'doing her job', but this is simply a lie. If you value your family....if you value your money....go somewhere else.

I went in because I was having trouble with my card and Caroline at the front desk helped me. I had ordered a new debit card due to mine being broken and SECU disconnected my current card by mistake. So I went in to take out cash and ofcourse caroline helped me with that but also got my card activated for me and went out of her way to call me and let me know the issue was resolved. GREAT customer service !

Worst SECU location ever! Everytime I interact with anyone from this branch be it via drive through or over the phone it's always unpleasant. There are always long wait times, petty staff members, and high levels of unprofessionalism. This is the only SECU branch that I have had these issues with customer service. Do not go here!

This is the worst SECU location I've ever been to. Both branch management and account management were rude, unprofessional and dishonest. I have plenty of experience in the service industry, and never bring anger to interactions - nor did I here. I have never felt this disrespected as a credit union member, and will never return to this location again.

I've been in there about 4-5, I'm not going back there. Every single time I go there, it seems like they don't know how to do things and they end up messing with my accounts. I had to make a deposit to my CREDIT account and the "smart lady" that was in the there, put it in the cash account. It seems like they all do things like that, is not the first time it happens. And Is not like I am going to be respectful with them, for silly mistakes but I just believe that they can do better, but yeah I'm just not going back there.
