Not one employee in this Bank has an idea of what they're doing. They must have hired all new people from other industries. Besides banking. Horribly rude! This bank used to be awesome. Everybody used to know what they were doing. Now they're a bunch of... If there wasn't other branches of SECU, I would stop using them entirely.

The staff at this branch is the worst I have ever seen while being a member of SECU. I shouldn't have to worry about being able to do common business with my own credit union. Here I will. If you can avoid this branch at all costs. Completely unacceptable tellers that are not there to judge customers but are there to be professional. They are far from that. Someone needs to rake actions to rid them of the burden working for a private credit union, not an average bank. They all need 3 pennies to buy a brain and get some sense.

Pretty average when it comes to banks; however, that is mostly due to operations of their accounts and ease of digital use. The staff is very friendly when you walk in and throughout the experience within the branch.

My wife had the most interesting experience at this branch. She went into the branch with our baby to withdraw money. That was it. She asked the teller ( caucasian woman, with thick glasses, hair a little grey in the front and pulled back into a ponytail, and was approximately in her late 40s) for the address to the branch so that we could call for an Uber, and the lady asked her what did she need the address for and did she actually need it. she appeared to be a bit nervous and took a long time to provide the information. My wife could have simply googled it or ask someone else, but she had to mind the baby. In addition she thought it would be easier to ask The teller being that she works there. She also took a long time just to provide my wife with funds. She clearly pulled up my wife’s account and seen that we have funds. We are clearly a member, and have been for years. The tellers disposition made the entire visit awkward. if she’s that scary and frantic and I hope it’s not a race issue, maybe she should not be working there.

VERY BAD SERVICE ATTITUDE

This is my favorite bank. For NCSU students, it is such an easy walk to get to, with more than enough parking. The tellers have always been kind to me, and usually I am in and out in less than 20 minutes. Rarely a line unless you are going in during rush out.

PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER SECU IF YOU CAN. The employees’ here are so UNPROFESSIONAL and POORLY TRAINED. Trying to tell me I can’t have a savings access card sent to the branch, telling me I’m not allowed to pay off charge offs, putting a WEEK hold on a check when I’ve received MULTIPLE checks from this same company with no hold at other branches. When you go through the drive-thru it takes forever. Everyone seems stuck on stupid. They have to “verify” the smaller things such as a cashiers check or depositing into an account. Shiela or Shirley whatever her name is, she’s the “supervisor”. I’m confused as to why but she is and she’s very unprofessional, very uneducated about her job, and rude. I will not be returning to this branch. Please go to the one on AVENT FERRY BY CENTENNIAL IF YOU CAN.
