Jennifer Cassel is the most outgoing, polite, and outstanding customer service employee I’ve ever had in fact if I happened to come in and she wasn’t there I’d probably go to another bank if it weren’t important lol. Not one employee in this Bank has an idea of what they're doing. They must have hired all new people from other industries. Besides banking. Horribly rude! This bank used to be awesome. Everybody used to know what they were doing. Now they're a bunch of... If there wasn't other branches of SECU, I would stop using them entirely. ~Jason
