The bad thing about this autozone is that there is just one single line to ask for parts and to pay. And they take their sweet time.

I went into auto one this morning at 1:30 am and the worker stated “ we are closed” ; the door was unlocked and this is a 24HOUR location. This is inconvenient to me . It states on the door and online that this is 24hours . I will be contacting corporate. The lady was an older black lady . Fix this issue . It should be no reason this location was closed . She didn’t say the system she just seemed as if she didn’t want to work and standing there .

The employee was extremely rude. If i didn't need the items i came for i would've left without giving this store a penny! She thought i was trying to steal air fresheners but i legit sat them on the shelf infront of me while reading some of the items directions...... I would never go back here again.

Went to this location because they had an alternator in stock that I needed. Got there and turned out it wasn’t the right one, I asked them to call the “ask an expert” phone line that they still have and they refused! Just kept giving me the run around with different employees and manager. Even witnessed a cashier while in the middle of checking someone out take a personal phone call and leave the line of customers unattended. Will definitely not go back to this location. Higher management needs to get their store in order.

This location is terrible at night. If computers are down, they will not inform you. They just say, we will be opening in 10 mns. This went on from 1am to 345am. No courtesy. Just inform us that computers are down and we don't know when they will be back up..

The manager was great with us replacing our battery. The one that was given to my husband was too small and we had to keep getting a booste in this heat. Thank you for finding the right size. 🙂

I went into the store last night because I was trying to see why my lights weren't working. I went in and a Hispanic guy told me that his system was down. I asked for head lights and he pretended that he was out of lights on June 18, 2022 at around 1:30am. I told him that I didn't want him to help me any more that I would prefer for the black guy to help me. So the black guy went to the computer were the system was down and typed in my car and got me some lights. This guy doesn't deserve to be a manager the way he responds to customers.MBA
