After searching for what we needed all day, Garret at Discount tire was an absolute hero. We where welcomed before we ever got to the door. Garrets knowledge about his job is beyond super human. Not only did he know exactly what we needed he knew the pricing right off the top of his head even before checking out! I was tempted to offer him a job with my company even. Definitely coming back next time.

They told me it would take 1 hrs and 45min to 2hrs for 1 tire ...it's going on 3hrs... I needed to get back to work but I was stuck... I Do not recommend this place! ...I will say the best part is when I told one of the workers Luis he hustled and did the best he could to get me out as soon as possible...If it wasn't for him I would've been there 3plus hrs... I appreciate you Luis for your professionalism!

I needed tire rotation done within my lunch time. I told that and made appointment with a store assoc. The appt was 12:15PM. I need to leave the store by 1PM. He assured me that it would be done by 1PM. I got to store 12PM, and not been help till 12:17PM (so what is the appointment for that I had to wait?). I was checked in a few minutes later. However, at 12:47PM my car wasn't worked on, still in the parking lot. (while there were two bays available). I had to get a store assoc and told him I need to be out of here by 1PM as promised. He hesitated indicating it wasn't possible. Then he proceeded and issue an urgent job and got my car ready at 1:02PM. If I hadn't complained and pushed, I'd have to wait to 1:30PM. The tire pressure was not correct according to the spec. The appointment is a joke. This is a simple fast job.

Great place to get tires. Get the tire warranty. Location of stores are nationwide. I’m from Dallas, and needed a new tire in San Antonio. Pulled into the store and got a new tire with no problems.

They never gave me an estimated time so I figured it would take an hour. I only needed one tire fixed due to a flat. When I arrived there was 2 cars in the bay and 2 cars in the parking lot. I sat and waited for an hour to watch not one car either enter or leave the bay. Then there were about 15 cars that pulled up behind me still no cars being moved. They had a lot of employees that I watched work on the same vehicles as other employees to ( Help) they should work on their own to move faster then the employees that were helping another employee working on the same vehicles were on their phones constantly. I eventually got tired and asked for my keys back as I can’t wait all day for them. Went to a different discount tire shop in Addison and these people were so professional compared to this place. I was given an estimated time didn’t have to stand around and wait for someone to ask me for help. And they changed my tire within 30 mins, this place was just as busy as that one minus the lazy employees. Sorry I will never go to this location again.

Staffers were professional and nice. There was a 45 minute wait which i was informed about so it was exactly on target. My complaint is for the 2nd time in a row, I asked them for the nail that was in my tire as I believe I am a victim of crime as this is my 5th nail in 16 months and wanted it for comparison but they threw the nail away. Also the 2nd time they didn't put the stem cap back on

Put some tires on... 275/55/R20. I thought they were too small on my truck. Without a negative hint of anything, they allowed me to pay the difference of a larger tire. I suggest prepaying or check-in online prior to arrival so it easy much of the waiting up! Thanks to mgrs and staff for being awesome. I wasn't surprised when I figured I would give em a good review. Over 530 @ 4.5 rating? 🌝

The service at this store is amazing! From the store manager to the techs actually doing the install, everyone is courteous and focused on delivering stellar customer service. They also over communicated every step of the process directly with me in addition to texts sent. I’ll definitely come back for the other cars in my house.
